Joseph Fraulob - Owner of the Firm and the Voice of the Disabled

Joseph Fraulob is the owner and principal attorney of the Law Offices of Hadley & Fraulob. He is a licensed California attorney and has practiced Social Security Disability Law since 1994. While in law school, he worked as a paralegal for his father’s firm, Fraulob & Brown, where he ran their Social Security department and wrote all briefs and legal motions for four different attorneys. He graduated from Lincoln Law School in 1998, became an attorney, and started appearing at all of the firm’s Social Security hearings.

Joseph states, “ I am an expert in Social Security Disability and SSI law and have gotten thousands of cases approved over my career. I have worked extremely hard to build a strong reputation with the Judges who will be deciding your case, and I will aggressively represent you and do everything I possibly can to get your claim approved.”

Harold D. Hadley

Mr. Hadley is a well-known Social Security Attorney. He partnered with Joseph Fraulob but retired in 2012. Since then, Fraulob has continued to run the firm of Hadley & Fraulob to this day.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 2019 Billy was treated with Dignity by Mr. Fraulob, Fiona and the entire staff.  He was awarded a fully favorable decision just weeks after the Paradise fire (11/8/2018).  Many, years / months of waiting for the doctors to finally diagnose the cause of the disabing pain, a few surgeries with little change. When the time came for the hearing all medical records were not available because even the local doctors and hospital had burned.  Mr Fraulob was able to help guide the ALJ to an appropriate decision. When they advertise "WE WIN THE TOUGH ONES ". they are not kidding. Point being because of Mr. Fraulob and the staff,nBilly passed away just a couple of years later with dignity and a sense of self reliance. That was important to Billy. If you need to file for disability benefits, you can put your trust in the Law Offices of Hadley and Fraulob and their generations of experience. My son is disabled but even so I was worried the Social Security Administration would deny his claim. They did, and we had to appeal and go to hearing. Attorney Joe Fraulob helped my son through the process made sure my son was prepared for his hearing. We just heard that we won and we are so grateful for Joe and the firm. Don’t try to do it alone. He and his supportive staff came highly recommended. After years of trying to get help with a denied disability claim he and his staff were able to get me a hearing, which came out in my favor. Mr. Fraulob was extremely knowledgeable in his presentation of my case, which spanned back over 11 years. He even caught that since I had turned 55 while I was awaiting the appealed claim I was eligible for back pay back much further than would have been acknowledged without his expertise. I had not gotten an attorney previously because I thought I would have to pay attorney fees that I could not afford at that time. He actually takes cases and only gets paid if he wins the case for you. That fee is deducted from the Social Security proceeds. The day I went to court for the hearing the security guard happened to ask me who my attorney was. I told him Mr. Fraulob and he smiled then proceeded to tell me he was one of the best. His observation over the years was that he really cares about his clients and also wins a great majority of his cases. It really helped me feel confident going into my hearing. I thank him and his staff for changing my life for the better. I highly recommend him to anyone. Just know it takes time for the process because they are at the mercy of the system.
